   1. Shipping regions are (1) The Netherlands, (2) Europe (inside E.U.), (3) Europe (outside E.U.) and (4) outside of Europe.
   2. Payment procedures are (1) advance payment by bank transfer, (2) advance payment by sending the money through (registered or regular) mail and (3) advance payment through Paypal.
   • For payments within the E.U. and Single Euro Payment Area (SEPA), internet payment is free of charge, but only if you:
     • have access to internet banking
     • fill in the IBAN and BIC numbers of my bank account (these numbers are listed on the printed purchase order confirmation and again on the order confirmation you receive per e-mail).
     • use the SEPA transaction
     • If you do not use the IBAN/BIC numbers or do not specify shared costs, the banks will charge an additional fee !
   • For payments outside the E.U./SEPA area a banking fee will be charged anyway (inquire at your local bank how much this will be and make sure this is paid by you). Therefore payment through bank transfer is the most expensive of the above payment options especially if you do not enter the IBAN and BIC numbers of my bank account. In this case we expect you to pay all banking costs, as the price of € 89,- exc. VAT as quoted for the Handbook is a nett price.
   • Sending the money by registered mail should be pretty safe, but you will have to pay the post office. Of course you might also choose not to register your mail.
   • Advance payment using Paypal is the recommended payment method for customers outside the EU, as it is safe, secure and absolutely free for buyers !! Most Internet webshops (for example E-bay) accept Paypal as one of the payment methods. You do have to create a Paypal account if you do not already have one, but this is quite simple. Your Paypal account can be linked to your bank accound and/or to your credit card.
5. Fill in the data required for shipping and invoicing, such as your name and address.
6. Confirm the entries in your order: you can print the order confirmation page. To confirm our receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail.
7. Once your payment has been confirmed, we will ship the item (including the invoice). You will receive a shipping notification per e-mail.
8. There is a slight difference in the amount payable for companies (defined as having a value added tax (VAT) registration number) and private consumers: hence the two buttons. Click here for more info on the VAT procedure.
